Vehicle Donations and The New IRS Tax Law Beginning January 1, 2005, new federal tax legislation governing vehicle donations went into effect. The mission of the Charity Cars for Military Families in Need program is to provide a vehicle that has been refurbished to insure its safety and reliability, a current vehicle registration, the down-payment for insurance, an emergency roadside assistance membership, a service warranty, and additional support services to qualified financially struggling military personnel recipients.

CHARITY CARS is truly an American community effort, helping military families and others and needs the support from the public as well as large and small businesses in order to be successful. There are many ways to help our military charity families. Car donations (and other vehicles) from individuals and businesses; the donation of car parts, tires, oil, roadside services and financial donations from the public, businesses and private foundations. Charity Cars for Military Families in Need Program is committed to help our country's struggling military personnel with a vital portion of their financial issues - their vehicle transportion.

Call the CHARITY CARS vehicle donations line at 1-800-CHARITY (1-800-242-7489) or donate a car by filling out the vehicle donation form. Once we have your information, we contact our free towing service. Within 24-48 hours, the towing service will contact you to schedule a convenient time to pick up your donated vehicle free of charge nationwide. Although most of the vehicles donated are not of sufficient quality to be 'program' cars, Charity Cars appreciates each and every car donation as they all help to fulfill our missions!
