CHARITY CARS, INC. ANNOUNCES SUPPORT FOR U.S. MILITARY FAMILIES

PRESS RELEASE:

Longwood, Fla. - May 2003 - Charity Cars, Inc., a leading national non-profit organization announced the creation of a new program to start in conjunction with National Military Appreciation Month (May), to assist financially struggling U.S. military families whose primary income is derived from active-duty or full-time reservist pay.

"Combining Charity Cars' experience and expertise in aiding financially struggling families with the dedication of the servicemembers of the U.S. armed forces, will not only bring assistance to enlisted military families in financial distress, but it will also strengthen the core of the military family, reinforcing the strength of the defenders of our great nation," said Brian Menzies, Charity Cars, President and CEO.

"This newly-formed relationship with our military personnel enables Charity Cars to do what we do best -- give assistance to military families in need a little extra help in these tough times. After all, they deserve it for the sacrifices they make year in and year out -- not just in time of international conflict," Menzies adds.

At Charity Cars, donations of vehicles provide underprivileged families with transportation, allowing them the opportunity to become working and independent members of the community. As a result of this program Charity Cars intends to expand it's national assistance program to those families in an additional yet very important sector of the population, the military community.

"We are very proud of the work we do at Charity Cars helping to uplift those less fortunate and in the process uplifting our communities," said Menzies. "We are equally proud of the work our servicemen and women accomplish for our county and feel there is an unspoken need concerning a small portion of the military community. Our Charity Cars for Military Families in Need Program is intended to address this crisis," Menzies added.

"In a fast-paced and continually volatile economy, there are many people who fall through the cracks when it comes to assistance. Military families are no different, especially those enlisted families that have lower pay grades," said Menzies.
